Monir El Azzouzi is a Medical Device Expert specializing in Quality and Regulatory Affairs.

After working for many years with big Healthcare companies and particularly Johnson and Johnson, he decided to create EasyMedicalDevice.com to help people have a better understanding of the Medical Device Regulations all over the world.

    Good info! and also remember language is very literal so for people who are ESL the understanding might be very literal (not as implied). I use an example in my document management training. In step 3 that says ‘replace the hammer’ means to put it back in the location you took it from in step 1. To some one else they might think “replace with what?” replace it with a screwdriver or a wrench……..If you have someone that learned English and was raised in another language they are a great stakeholder!
